Order Information:
Q. How long will it take for my online order to be processed?
  A. All orders placed for electronic delivery are typically processed within 1 business day of receipt. Domestic orders for standard physical delivery are typically delivered within 1-5 business days. International orders for standard physical delivery are usually delivered within 7-10 business days.
     
Q. Can I order as a download and get a physical copy as well?
  A. Yes. When you purchase your product, select physical delivery. Once you’ve completed your purchase you can download a full-functioning 30-day trial version from our website here. You can use the trial version until your software package is delivered.
     
Q. Do you offer Academic pricing on your products?
  A. We do offer academic pricing on many of our products. Click here for more information on our academic program.
     
Q. Do you offer volume license discounts on QuicKeys?
  A.

In addition to a single user license we offer QuicKeys in 5, 10, 25, 50 & 100 user multi-packs. Click here for pricing information.

Site licenses are available if you are interested in purchasing over 25 users but need a quantity different than the standard multi-pack sizes we offer. Click here to request a quote online.

     
Q. Do you offer cross platform QuicKeys licensing?
  A.

Although separate serial numbers and activation keys are required for QuicKeys X, QuicKeys for Windows and QuicKeys Classic, we do offer discounted pricing on the purchase of 25 or more QuicKeys licenses. This includes cross-platform purchases. Click here to request a quote online.

     
Q. I own QuicKeys Classic, do I qualify for discounted pricing on QuicKeys for Mac OS X?
  A.

Registered users of any version of QuicKeys Classic (for Mac OS 9 and earlier) qualify for migration pricing on QuicKeys X. The migration price is $59.95 and is only available direct from Startly Technologies. For information contact our sales department at 800-523-7638 or via this form.

     
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
  A.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted. Net 30, Domestic Purchase Orders (POs) are accepted but are subject to approval by Startly Technologies. POs placed for orders under $250 will have a $15 processing fee added to the order.

     
Q. What methods of shipping are available?
  A.

Our standard US delivery method is UPS Ground. International orders and orders placed with delivery to a PO Box are sent via US Mail. Expedited delivery is also available. Call 800-523-7638 or 515-221-1801 for rates.

     
Q. Can I order a CD or printed manual for a product I already purchased?
  A.

If you are a registered owner of a current Startly Technologies product, you’re eligible to purchase replacement media (when available) for that product. The charge for a CD is $10.00. This charge includes standard shipping. To place an order, call 800-523-7638 or 515-221-1801. Printed manuals are not available.

     
Q. Can I purchase your products from a reseller?
  A.

Product & Registration Information:
Q. How do I request my product activation key?
  A. Upon request, registered users and users who can provide us with a valid serial number will be provided their activation key. To request your product activation key you need to complete the Request Your Activation Key Form. This service is only available online. We do not accept phone requests for activation keys.
     
Q. Can I run my QuicKeys license on both my desktop and laptop computers?
  A. A. The QuicKeys license agreement allows you to operate the Software on only one computer at a time. If you only own a single license, you will need to quit QuicKeys on one computer before you’ll be able to use it on the other. If you want to run QuicKeys on both computers simultaneously, you will need to purchase an additional license. Special pricing is available for registered home users who wish to purchase an additional license. For information contact our sales department at 800-523-7638 or via this form.
     
Q. Can I test out a product before buying it?
  A. A. Yes. You can download a full-functioning 30-day trial version of most of our products for evaluation. Just go to our demo page to download a trial version.
     
Q. How do I register my product?
  A. A. You can register your product online using our Registration Page. If you purchased your software directly from Startly Technologies the product you purchased was automatically registered to you.
     
Q. How do I find my serial number?
  A.

If you ordered physical product, your product serial number is on a sticker on the
outside of your package and can also be found on your registration card included inside. If the product is installed, you can find instructions for locating your serial number on our software Registration page.

If you’ve registered your serial number with us you can also complete this form and our customer service department will look up your serial number and activation key and send it to you. This service is only available online. We do not accept phone requests for serial numbers and activation keys.

     




Returns:
Q. What is your return policy?
  A.

Any product purchased directly from Startly Technologies for physical delivery comes with a 30-day return policy. During this period you can receive a full refund (except shipping) for that direct purchase.

Please note that products purchased for electronic delivery are not refundable. If you are interested in placing an order for electronic delivery and would like to try the software before ordering, you can download a 30-day full-functioning trial version from our demos page.

     
Q. How do I request a return on a direct purchase?
  A. To request a refund on a purchase made within 30 days directly through Startly Technologies, please contact Customer Service. You will be asked to provide your name, address and phone number, your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on returning the product.

Q. What are the support options for my product?
  A. A. Technical Advisors are available to provide support to registered users of current shipping products. Options for direct support include telephone and e-mail; some free and some requiring a per-incident charge to the customer. Go to our Support Options page for more information.

Q. What are the requirements for browsing your site?
  A.

We try to build our web pages to support as many browsers as possible, but there is a point where the older browsers are simply too troublesome to continue to be accounted for. This site works best with Safari, Mozilla, Internet Explorer 5 or later, and Netscape 5 or later. The more recent versions of Opera, Omniweb, and iCab should also work well.
